The first modern Games and has not missed an Olympics since, its cycling. After being expanded to four very different events together -Route, track, mountain and sport BMX- seems to please anyone. Whether the grueling 250km marathon that ends at The Mall, pure speed tests Velodrome or navigate the steep hills of the BMX track, the appeal of modern cycling is as diverse as their disciplines. Do some kind of sport that promotes personal health within the body of a person, we talk about cycling, a sport that can be done competitively, as recreation ally. Cycling is a sport that once learned, over time happens usually it is not forgotten.

Most of the time, in any type of food diets, it is recommended as a method of exercise, perform a routine that has a lot of cardiovascular exercise, within which always goes, a good routine bicycle, either static or outdoors.

Among young people, cycling is very popular, but not the “normal cycle” but the famous BMX, which is to maneuver a bike of the same name that usually is usually ring 20. Within all including cycling, today is already considered a primary means of transportation, used in many developed countries, because of the benefits that health level and at the level of contamination, since no dirty the environment in any kind.

Cycling is considered in the Olympics since long ago, specifically from those held in Athens in 1896. Meanwhile the women had to wait 4 years to be allowed to compete in the Seoul Games, held in 1988 as road races.
